Once the product is downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange, as per Section 312d (4) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to waive your right to withdrawal. This ensures that the transaction is final and no refund requests can be accommodated.
2. Exceptions
While refunds are not available for downloadable products, exceptions may be made if the digital content is proven to be defective or not as described.
